STRATEGY AND GOVERNANCE
Chairperson : Muireann O Dea
- Figurehead / represents DCC at official meetings
- Prepares DCC monthly meeting agendas (& AGM) & chairs meetings;
- Drafts / signs off on various DCC submissions;
Vice-Chairperson : Damien Ó Tuama
- Covers above when Chairperson unavailable
Strategy & Governance : Colm Ryder
- Longer term vision for DCC
- Relationship with Cyclist.ie + other cycling organisations
Treasurer : Paschal Comerford
- Cheques lodged; Expenses reimbursed.
- Reports to monthly meetings on DCC bank balance;
- Prepares end of year accounts / official audit, advises on financial matters
Funding Strategy : Colm Ryder, Paschal C (Support welcome!)
- Especially via ECF to access EU funding / linking with Cyclist.ie + Corporate membership
Secretary : Colm Ryder
- Draft, circulate, finalise, print monthly meeting minutes
- Official correspondence
MEMBERSHIP / ACTIVATING VOLUNTEERS

- Administer membership database and issue membership rewards cards

Technical Officer : Colm Moore
- Drafting of technical submissions re planning applications & other traffic & transport proposals. Includes DLRCC + SDCC + FCC + Cyclist.ie work.
RESEARCH & LOBBYING – DLRCC/ SDCC/ FINGAL AREAS
