VéloCity 2010- Copenhagen
COPENHAGEN CYCLING. A group of 10+ Irish working in a voluntary or professional capacity in cycling advocacy and cycling planning attended the Velo-city Bicycle Planning Conference in Copenhagen last week (See here for more on VeloCity).
Copenhagen has a very strong bicycle culture and it is a real inspiration to see cycling so normalised. But what exactly can we learn from the city of Copenhagen? Or from the 1000+ cycling specialists who converged on the Danish capital for the conference?
