2010-03-28 Bicycle Salvage from Liffey
I was walking over O'Connell Bridge this afternoon when I happened to see this guy decent the stairs to the Liffey, roll up his trousers and salvage this bike from the Liffey. He said the bike looked fine and it was a shame someone threw it in the river and that he was going to repair it.
