2008-10-19 South Campshires

Here are some photos from the South Campshires in the Docklands.
What is going on at the junction with Matt Talbot Bridge? Have we dispensed with the convention that we cycle on the left?
Note the cycle track coming towards starts abruptly in the middle of the pavement.
The options for the cyclist going in this direction might well be good but are not obvious. No signage is provided. Cycle tracks should be understandable i.e. a cyclist approaching it for the first time should understand how he or she is supposed to get through the junction to his or her destination.

This photo is from near the junction with Forbes St.
Note how the cycle track abruptly ends leaving cyclists on the wrong side of the road. It then starts again on the far side of the "Pig Trap". By the way, what is a Pig Trap? Are the pigs out to get us or are we just getting paranoid.
