Web Summit 2014 and Tyndall environmental research project

A research project has been set up by the Tyndall National Institute, to examine various air quality, sound levels and traffic levels with the help of cyclists from the Dublin Cycling Campaign.

This is done from a piece of hardware that has been produced which is connected to the cyclist’s belt. They are looking to get 25 volunteers to take part in this study which will be launched at the Web Summit on November 4th, 5th & 6th in Dublin.

The volunteers will need to wear these measuring devices whenever they cycle during the Web Summit dates and also in the days leading up to the summit if possible.

Please email us on info@dublincycling.ie to volunteer. This is what we will need to know to sign you up if you are interested in taking part in this study.
